Will i be able to ride a motorcycle?

definatly, ive seen some really short sport bike. But do you know how to ride a motorcycle? if not take the saftey course, you'll learn everything you need to know to start. Also they say 250cc but if you like fast or want to go on the freeway with out putting real strain on your bike at least get a 500cc also you'll get bored of it real fast, i'd give it a month and a half tops. People dont realize you can learn on just about anything, 1000cc isnt reccomended but you can. be safe and have fun. Also im 5'5" so not that tall but have np with bikes
