Army college education overseas for my wife?

I am in the US ARMY stationed in Korea, my wife is living in Philippines, her country, for the time that i am here, she is interested on doing online classes while she is there, does anybody knows the process i need to follow in order to help her get online classes, mainly getting the benefit from the ARMY? thanks.
