I need to know what i must do if i want to move out? (only for people in kansas)?

i am going to turn 18 in 5 months an soon after will have my first child my fiance is going to enlist in the army and we are trying to look for jobs and a car my parents have basically abandoned me and i hate living here its bad for my emotionally and mentally and if i want to be able to go to doctors appointment i must stay she will not help me with anything she has said i will not become anything and i will not graduate high school so i need help on what i must do to get out i do not want stupid little comments i just need advice theres more to the story but not going to tell that much so if you could help i would really like tht alot thank you
