Why does the US ARMY promotion points are dropping lately for 25L? will it stay low for next month?

i miss the cut off by 15 points, thats because i turn my points in late. im wondering if it will stay like this low for my MOS because i have more than enough for next month and if it stays the same ill pretty much get picked. the points for my MOS right now is 599 and i have 628, will it stay like this for the next month (march)? please need guidance/help... im trying to stay motivated and hope to make the cut off... any comments or suggestion? no lame ppol pls
