Best Load for .30 Cal. M1 Carbine Cartridge?

I am seeking the best load for a .30 cal. M1 cartridge. I shoot at a 100 yd. range at paper targets and have 110 gn. jacketed bullets. My loading book lists only limited data. H110, H4227, IMR4227, WIN 296 are listed and readily available gunpowders. Other gunpowders are listed, but do not seem available. Can you recommend which of the gunpowders listed would be best?
