I dont know how to flirt ?

Kay i know im not tottally ugly i know im about average and my good looks will pull in when i hit the later stage of highschool but i thought i was ugly for the first 2 years because i couldnt get a boyfriend then i asked my guy friend what would you rate me outta 10 and he said 9 and im like your lieing why cant i get a boyfriend and hes like because you dont flirt and your always hidden under your sweats and baggy jacket and i dont know how to be a bit more feminie . I also get picked on by other girls but realized thats over jeallousy there is this popular group and one this girls has a senior guy and we are friends and i said hi to him and she started flipping out on me saying i flirt with him all the time by saying hi i really dont understand this also i feel as if a i cant make friends and im shy but i need someone to give me a daily routine to be more feminie . Please help thanks :) Sorry im going all over the place with storys but also a guy asked me how my day was over text and im like still in bed and he is like i wish i was over there to cuddle you and theen i didnt know how to reply and said lol :D
