Which one do you think is better?

im almost 16 and have been saving up to get me a car but i also am interested in a motorcycle. I have found some mortorcycles for some really great prices and that are in great shape. I also have considered one of those little scooter things but im not sure if i could drive those on the main roads.....so which one is better? I am a girl by the way.
