Sims 3 Motorcycle and Moped disappeared? Help?

I installed the Sims 3 Fast Lane (that's the only other thing I put on other than the base game). After playing once, i exited, saved, etc. I went back into the game, made another family, and I could no longer buy the Moped or the Motorcycle. They're simply not on the list. However, all the other Fast Lane cars are. Does anyone know why this happened??
