Please, i need help with this party outfit?? Emergencyyy! (pictures)?

i love the boots and i have never seen them before but i like the dark blue shirt... but if the jeans you want wear are dark it would not look right. but with a medium to light jean it should look ok. hope i helped and have fun, can't wait the 7 months till im 18 and have to worry about this!
