Is it required that you go to the hospital when you feel you may have hypothermia?

I didnt think much of it until I read up on symptoms for why I was feeling so bad. I went to try applying to a job 30 mins away on my motorcycle, the only transportatoin i have. I wore a jacket thats kinda thin and some gloves. I had to turn around because my hands went numb and I couldn't move my fingers well which is dangerous since a motorcycle uses all hand controls. When I got home my fingers were kinda blue/dark red and numb. I didnt realize my voice but I made a call somwhere and my voice was very slurred and couldn't pronounce words right. My skin felt wet too still does, but its not wet it is just very cold. I warmed up my hands in hot water and I'm about to go take a hot shower to warm up more. Its been a couple hours since I got back home. Just don't want to cause any damage to myself.
