I Never Road or Sat on a motorcycle and i want to get a permit and a motorcycle license how shall i go?

Go to your state DMV website and look up instructions on how to obtain a motorcycle permit or license. Most states require you to take approved motorcycle courses prior to taking the test. They will have all the info you need to get started. I would also go to your local motorcycle dealer and look around at the bikes. Talk to them and see what they recommend as a starter bike.
