Girls only! plz help! involves bullying!?

well i have a flat chest and my breasts are very unevenly growing. everybody makes fun cuz of this and i go home and cry because of this. i always wear a jacket now and try and cross my arms as much as i can. 2 yrs this has been going on. im wondering if there it some way to yno...make em bigger (w/out stuffing). thx evr1!
