Could someone please tell me why people who are not in the USMC brag that they are the best branch?

first off i am not in the military and will not be for four years when i turn 18 and i am going to join the Army and try to become a Ranger, if not than airborne at the most. and i wanted to be a Marine my entire life until i found out what an Army Ranger was. and i have the up most respect for anyone who is in any branch of the the military or law enforcement, but what really pisses me of is when low lifes who will never enlist say that our country only needs Marines. and why they cant get through their thick skulls that the entire US Military is a force to be reckoned with
