Army terminal leave question....?

If I have a ets date for july 31 but have 30 days of terminal leave saved would that mean i can start acap one month earlier? Anyone who has been through this process let me know how you did it.. Would appreciate it. also is the finall acap bried 90days before the ets date or 6 months?
