Question about Army ROTC?
If I wasn't able to get a scholarship for Army ROTC but still was in the ROTC program would I have to pay for my college or does the Army reimburse you after you are commissioned?

Sometimes people push other people away when they are scared. Maybe a conversation with him and reassuring him how much you love him and why you wouldnt' leave him, despite him being gone in the army might change his mind. It sounds to me like he was afraid you would leave him, so to gain some control over his fears, he left you, even though he is still in love with you.
What does it mean when a lady looks at a guy like this ? (college women preferred)?
They wanted to make sure they saw you right. Depending on their guy preferences, it could be either good or bad.
